As I’m staring down another trip to the vet, it occurs to me that I might want to introduce you to these loveable, infuriating, adorably expensive balls of fur that share our space. In fact, there’s even a page for that exact thing here on the site.
We love our critters and have always tried to do what’s best for them. Unfortunately, vet care is expensive. There were times *cough* double knee replacement *cough* when it was a stretch even when we actually had an income. Now? Well…
Thankfully, our animals are still in pretty good health. They are all on medication, however. And that adds up. I keep telling myself that it could be worse. After all, we had a cat named Mike Wazowski who was on 2x/day subQ fluids for three years.
If you can’t tell, I’m very bad at asking for money. Which is ultimately what this post is about. I know it’s hard times all around right now, but if you do have a bit to spare and feel like using it to support the fur family, I would be deeply grateful.
Cali, on the other hand, would prefer never to go to the vet again.
